The Texas Back-toWork Initiative, offered by Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas and the Texas Workforce Commission is an exciting new program to establish a public-private partnership aimed at getting first-time unemployment claimants back to work quickly by assisting eligible employers with up to at $2000.00 retention bonus for employing, training and retaining a Texas Back-to-Work participant.
