Vendors who wish to be included on our Individual Referral list must complete the Request for Information (RFI) and supply the required documentation. A contract will be issued if a vendor meets criteria and is approved by the Board. The vendor will be added to our approved vendor list for Individual Referral and are then eligible for referrals from the Deep East Texas Workforce Centers.
